The projects being formed will be encouraged to bear different cultural characteristics and the establishment of an aesthetic meta language and the creation of new cultural policies at the crossroads of different cultures will be an important aspect of the association's goals. Although to a certain extent the objective is eclectic, at this phase this is something not to be feared.

First of all socio-cultural studies, workshops and educational seminars on the customs, myths, codes of behaviour existing in the daily lives of the communities living in the Eurasia have to be carried out in a way that will be a source for the modern art. As a legal entity the Collective bears the form of an Association and whether it be in the site-specific works/studies or in different field studies the Collective will aim to integrate with the local people and will avoid doing this in haste and will focus on carrying out projects “together” with the local initiatives in the process of cultural exchange. As the Collective is aware of the fact that every kind of educational, research and development work is inevitably related with production, the Collective will seek ways to establish a link between the tradition, which could be regarded as the experiential knowledge, and the knowledge of the academics, which could be regarded as the knowledge of the future.
